Here is a quick one,

Nice sappy spalting going on this one.

This blank gave me trouble with a very big void that finally turned down! ;)

Comments welcomed and clicky the thumbnails,

Charles

Charles,

A whole lot of pens could not stand such huge enlargement and come to think of it we dont see a pen this way however it is a pleasure to see the small variations in fit that you do.

Truly beaut grain in the sapwood, huge also contrast but certainly the tree did it in the first place so it naturally beautiful as well.

Must say I see the attraction of small pieces of timber as used in these kits, how economical
they are in blanks, quick to assemble so I agree with the term quick one.

In viewing your pen has great impact and keepability or saleability what more do we seek?

Regards Peter.

Charles, Your pens are beautiful and this one is no exception! Your finishes truly magnify the beauty of the woods you present. Thanks for showing! Regards, Doc
