The wood is from Exotic Blanks.

I have to say, I've never seen a grain so delicately stunning as this, truly, truly extraordinary.

I made this for a woman down the street as a birthday gift for her brother, who I guess once saw Princess Diana, so it will have special meaning to him. It was to be engraved but I refused to do it once I saw how stunning the grain was, as I did not want to take away from the finished piece, she agreed.

Also, attached is a Jerusalem Olive wood I made today. Both are CA finish.
