This wood, on the bottom, is from Rulo Vineyard barrels. It was sent to me, free, from ROITBLAT, Barry. Thank you. The top is a random cork with a duck on it. Gun metal cigar kit. This is the first time using Acrylic spray on the cork as a finish after the CA/BLO. There are more blanks that I will use on other cork tops.

I may need to stop by and try some of that Rulo wine. I'dd bring the pen with me if it isn't sold tomorrow.

Nice! I have never thought of using a cork for a pen. I have used loads of cork for my fly fishing rods (grips, reel seats etc), and it is kinda fun to turn. Just gotta be really gentle with it.
