Rivers in Cherry Burl by Jeff Powell

I got one of the Jeff Powell's Rivers in Cherry Burl Blanks from Exotic Blanks and made it on a Jr. Statesman this morning. It looks nicer in the hand than the photos. It is mix of orange, gold and dark bronze resins that looks beautiful with the cherry burl.
I photographed the pen at two different exposures to show the range of color of the resins. Thank you for looking! I hope everyone has a great day!

That looks super Doc! I don't personally have one nor have I made one, but I have to agree now that I see it that the colors are a really good choice because they are a subtle compliment to the wood. Beautiful finish on that too!
