Results of my very first casting

Well here ar ethe end results of my very first casting. I started with a piece of dried cholla cactus and stabilized it with Mesquite Man's Cactus Juice then cast it in Alumilite Clear with orange dye and copper alumidust. The kit that fit this particular piece of cholla was the Sierra Vista in black titanium/platinum finish. I colored the brass red with a sharpie and then tinted my epoxy with some red Alumilite dye, so as not to show the brass. I'm very happy with the end results and have plans to do much much more casting in the near future!

Thank you sir! is Alumilite what you use to cast your blanks? I ordered several from you last week. They are really pretty, but I have yet to decide which one to turn first.

Very well done, however, it appears your white balance needs to be adjusted on the picture.
