By request...Scorpion in a Sierra!

I hope you folks aren't getting TOO tired of seeing scorpion pens, but I am getting a lot of requests for different pen blanks! One request I have gotten quite a bit is for a Wall Street/Sierra.

I didn't think there is enough meat on this kit to bury the scorpion in and I was almost right! This baby is thin! I turned/sanded into the scorpion at three seperate points, making this one a challenge. Aaahh..The beauty of CA!

Do you do anything in particular to prepar the scorpions? Also, do you simply glue them to the tube in the position you want them and then cast them?
