One of our local funeral homes had me make them 3 rollerballs a couple years ago for signing the guestbooks. Someone stole one even though it had the funeral home name on it. They ordered a bunch of refills for the 2 remaining and we decided on a ballpoint this time. Elegant sierra with elm burl. The stand is ash. The pen holder is from William Woodwrite. It works well with slim, 7mm euro and sierra's.

Surprised it made it through three years actually. Guess some figure for the price they need to pay to put someone in the ground, the deserve whatever they can carry off....entitlements, we'll call it.

That is an outstanding piece of timber on this one. The base and the holder are just some cream on the pie....well done!!!!

Give the grieving a break. It very well could have been a simple mistake. And do you really want to be walking around with a pen you stole from a funeral home when attending the services for some friend?

I know a few who could have done that. They are well prepared to dodge the accusation, being in jail for other offences.
