Referee in PVC

This pen was inspired by a coworker who has a side job of refereeing. I saw him in his uniform and I thought, I can make a pen like that!

So here it is, a PSI Designer.

Just for the record, my photography skills suck, so this is a scanned image of the pen.

I had originally thought of extending the black/white stripes to the lower barrel but Chuck advised me that it would look more like a prison uniform than a referee[]

I gotta admit, Ryan. Seeing the jailbird - er, referee - in person was impressive. You did a great job on the clean glue-up and the sanding/buffing.
