Redwood burl with Turquoise Inlay Sierra

Finally figured out how to download pictures of pens I make. Just made this Redwood Burl with Turquoise Inlay Sierra. It has a CA finish.

Nice work Cindy like the turquoise inlays. I am not a fan of the bigger belly Sierras but thats just my personal choice. I made a few of them but went back to BTB for Sierras and similar pens

This if my first Sierra and first inlay. My friend has very big hands and wanted a large body pen so thus the big belly. Each pen is a new learning experience.

Good job. It reminds of many I have been doing lately. I got a pound of crushed TQ a while back and have been putting it into everything....

Once you get the hang of it, it is really a nice way to a little something unique to pens.
