heres a one piece slim i knocked out the other day, dressed in a beaut bit of redheart burl.
the colour in this stuff is amazing looks like its been dyed!

Beautiful wood. I like the 1 barrel design... showcasing that rare redheart burl. First time I've seen a burl on a redheart. Nicely done.

I love redheart! But redheart burl, WOW! Where did you find that wood? Redheart turns so nice and seems to keep it's color pretty well. I saw something on here about how to treat the wood after turning to help keep the color, but can't find it. Gorgeous pen.
