RED, WHITE AND BLUE one-piece Slim.

Decided I wanted to make a one-piece Slim out of the last blank I had of this stuff. I think it was definitely the way to go after the difficulty I had getting the grain lined back up with the two-piece. (Had to make a centerband out of plexiglass the thickness of the bandsaw kerf) I also resolved an issue I had by soaking the inside of the blank with thin CA after I drilled it out and before I glued the top tube in.

They're deceptively simple, provided you can accomodate drilling an entire blank out.
