This is the Havana Ballpoint Pen. (discontinued) I had 5 of these kits, this is my last one.
The blank is Italian Lucite, i got the blank from the Golden Nib, a long time ago.

Just one down the center, it certainly enhances the short stubby pens IMHO

you are right about that. But I bet it does a good job on the other pens too Just a cool blank
