Ive been doing a Lacquer finish and have been trying to learn the CA/BLO finish. This is the CA/BLO finish.

It is to die for beautiful, work and wood. But the "Red" Mallee doesn't look red. Perhaps it is brown mallee? The red stuff is really red that I have seen pictures of.
BTW, who was the seller, I'm looking for some RM blanks.

NO its red malle, the trimmings are pink even .It darkened a lil when I applied the finish.
Thanks for comments ! The guy also sent me a piece of ringed gidgee as a bonus Havent turned it yet though.
