How does the Lucite turn? Does it have air bubbles in it?
I have some ordered, but am wondering about how it does on the lathe.

Thanks, all! Harry, it truns quite nicely. If you've turned any of Martin's acrylic, it's the same. Pretty brittle so sharp tools and light bites are a must. If you get too aggressive it will pit on you. No air bubbles.

Lucite I have turned is very translucent-paint tubes. FWIW
Agree turning is not difficult, for plastic.

HEY!!how did you get into my house?? funny thing is I just made that same kit three days ago with the same lucite from the same place! beautiful stuff and you did a great job. looks like you used the kit with the black on it. I wondered what that would look like together, mine has 22k. my cop is acting up so I can't post pics right now. again nice job[:)] Randy
