I had to laugh! There is another recent thread about the difficulty (which is true) on turning Palm. And you use it for repeated cuts for a knot :eek:!

I actually like working with palm (black and red), but it is a challenge.

NIce work. (minor comment - To me, the highlight should be the knot. The palm is a bit busy and detracts from your handiwork). But, the artistry is there.

Totally agree. I was just wanting to see what it would look like. I will probably give this pen away.

BTW, I heat treated the PH before final sanding to get the dark purple color.

I don't mind the "business" at all .. in fact I think it is appropriate for the multiple knots.

Very well done again, Jason ! . You keep inspiring me to try some knots.

Excellent Multi Celtic Knot and Segmented Blank Jason.
I cannot comment on the Black Palm, as I have no experience with it, So far it looks Excellent.
