Getting back into the kitless pen making; or was it custom pen making. I really like this blank and had made one in the past using #5 Bock, but this time I used #6 Meisternib Fine nib. The purple dew blank was a bit fragile, I had to redo the cap a couple times. I used 14mm tap on the cap with just under 5/8 inch diameter. Cracked the first couple attempts; finally did it on the 3rd try.

On the body, I used 3 drill sizes: first 5/16 up to end of nib, second 7/16 up to the end of section, and finally 31/64 for the 15mm tap. 10mm tap/die was used on the section to body.

I need to get some clips with bigger inside diameter on the next one.

I'd go with 'custom kitless pen-making'....

Nicely done! Any plans to get 'custom clips' on them next?

Great looking writing instrument you have there. The blank goes well with the kitless style. Nice job. Someday i would like to get the nnecessary tools to do kitless.
