I haven't been turning but maybe 3 months. I teach In a public school so I have had some time to "work" in the garage. The first is a Princess Pen made for my wife. The second a slimline just to admire. It kinda reminds me of Shamu the whale.

I'm interested in all comments as I am just a beginner and need feedback. Thanks.

Glorious Pens Lanny,
The Princess is the most Frequently "Go To" Pen of Mine,
Spectacular Blanks, Beautifully Turned, Fitted and Finished.
Lovely Clear Photographs, though IMHO, a little bit Cluttered. You might like to try a Plain Background, and have the Pen on it's own, after all it is the Reason and the Object for the Photograph.
Congratulations,
Brian.

I like both pens, black and white best of all. Looks like you are getting really good fit and finish and shape. On the Princess it looks like the brass tube may be showing in the lower barrel but it could also be just reflections.
I understand what Brian means re clutter, but the whole effect did draw my eyes, so maybe it works?
