This is a Havana in huanghuali with pre-ban elephant ivory accents. I replaced the crystal in the clip with a little ivory bead. The huanghuali smells wonderful when turning -- like opening a fresh box of good Dominican cigars. The ivory smells like you're in a dentist's office when you work it.

Well, I've just been told that this isn't huanghuali, but Burmese padauk. Still, it smells nice when turning, and makes a pretty pen.

The elephant ivory still smells like your dentist is drilling for oil.
