This was my first attempt at casting prairie rattlesnake skin navigator/baron blanks. I'm pretty pleased with the pen. I like the shape and I think the cast blanks turned out well. The alignment is fairly accurate. There is room for improvement, but this was a lot of fun to make. My photography still leaves room for improvement. Thanks for looking. C & C welcome.

The ends of thew tubes look nice and clean (usually that is where a flaw will develop) :rolleyes:

Thank you all for the words of encouragement.

I went to the zoo with my girlfriend this last weekend, and, while in the reptile house, I kept thinking what fantastic looking pens the various snake species would make, haha :hypnotized:
