Casted several prairie rattlesnake skin blanks and decided to turn a slimline as a test. The thick skin and thin wall left zero room for error. I think the larger blanks will work well.

Great Pen Cody,
All Your Own Work!
You are Braver than I, choosing a Slim Line, you don't have enough room to sneeze.
Beautiful Skin, Great Blank.
Excellent Craftsmanship.
Congratulations, Brian.

Very nice pen! Great job on skinning, tanning, & casting those blanks.

I cannot take credit for the skinning and tanning. With apologies to REO Speedwagon, I got it from a friend who got it from a friend who heard that I'd been messing around with snakeskins.

VERY NICE! Just a quick note - I'm one who likes Slims. I bought a hundred and fifty a while ago and just ran out with my last two request for slims.
