In order of appearance:

CSUSA Artist Sketch pencil with "Purple Haze" blank cast by GlassScratcher
Jr. Gent Pencil with "Carnival Glass" blank cast by GlassScratcher
Pentel Pencil's in x-cut holly, tulipwood and juniper.

I got a step bit from Don Ward and a custom mandrel from Chuck Key a couple of months ago. These are the first pencils I made using them. They are really not that difficult to make, esp. using the step bit and mandrel. I've still got some refining to do on future pencils but I just wanted to get the process figured out. Thanks again Don and Chuck :)

Keith,

They are all fantastic looking. I like the Pentels, I like the rusticness of the eyes in the Juniper. Maybe you could do one in an orthopedic size/shape out of one of the castings.

The Purple Haze looks great as ever. The Carnival Glass is just SWEET!
