Here are a few efforts from the last couple of days.



I think I'll end up doing the Concava's for troops - they make a nice pen.



This was the first Convava...The others are better

I could not get the taper right on the Panachos, I need more practice.

The concava is a "slimline with another name" Many slimlines end up bigger that these.

Nice job on these, Smitty. I especially like the blanks on the Caballero FP and the last Panacho.

The Panacho is a bit of a beast to turn because of the taper in the end pieces really only works with one shape.

Agreed and I didn't get it right. The multi color is better than the blue but it isn't right. Great blank from exoticblanks on all of the acrylics though.

That is a wonderful blank ... that is a good pen and it writes nice too.

We used to say that. But, since the pens are often used at desks and not carried in uniforns we have people saying other styles are fine.

Really great looking pen's. I think the concave would be a great pen for the troops, it's really nice looking pen. I cant see anything with the panache they look great.

Only about 1 per day....I try to get an hour of pen making in. I have 5 drilled, tubed, squared and ready to turn now.
