PITH PEN - for Douglas Feehan from patsikes

I wanted to show off the PITH pen I did for Douglas Feehan. He got a bit busy and asked me to post a photo.

This is pen #2 in my "Blue Hawaii" series of pens that feature select curly Koa wood I bought in Hawaii in April, blue resins, and inlays.

This one features a blue acrylic base turned closed end, aluminum "wave" inlays in the curly Koa cap, and a matching blue acrylic finial.

Any critiques (good or bad) are very welcomed!

The worst thing I can say about it is: It's not mine.

Great looking pen. Would be nice if you showed a picture of the closed end and wave.

That blue on the end looks like glass. Great looking pen.
