PITH from Gary (Atherton Pens)

I received this beautiful fountain pen from Gary. It's made out of Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) made from high grade plywood veneers glued and pressed together. I'm glad Gary included a description of the wood because identifying it would have been impossible for me. Moreover, he added a bunch of blanks including the LVL blanks along with mango and crabapple blanks, the latter from a tree that grows on his property. I was having a hell of a day at work and the PITH package showing up made my day. I apologize for the pictures. I just set up a new light box and am trying to fine tune the process. Thanks for posting the pictures. Yours are better than mine. Glad you like the pen. My spirits too were lifted when I received my PITH a few days ago. Funny how that happens.
