Well, here's my second attempt with the Shadow Gray lucite from Pipe Makers Emporium. The material is VERY transparent which is not obvious when you look at the 1" thick stick. I discovered it Sunday, so I colored the tubes with a black Sharpie and mixed some epoxy(Rod Bond) and added royal blue pigment and ultrafine pearl glitter to it. Unfortunately, I didn't get enough epoxy on the tubes and it looks sort of like someone spilled a bottle of blue ink. But, the glitter does show through the material. The picture doesn't do the blue color justice, it's really gorgeous. I'll probably try mixing some PR resin with the same pigment and glitter.
