This is a cambridge pen. I have been playing around with a fairly new pressure pot. Decided to give a go at some pine cones I picked up over the summer. The alumilite is colored with majestic green and gold. C&C welcomed. Thanks

Pretty nice color separation in the cone, did you pressure this? Must have been fun!!!

Scott (cones are cool) B

Yes, it was under 60psi using alumilite. This was not my first attempt but the first one that turned out pretty good. Thanks

Congrats Mike! a total success and definitely one you SHOULD show off. They are one of my favorite pens to make and always go over very well with the public. Your color mix works great with the cone, and the fit and finish look great! Nice Work!

Thanks for the comments. I did make one more pine cone pen after reading the comment from firewhatfire's description of birds flying. So I attempted to make a beach scene of sand, sun, water and sky with seagulls flying. In the end, it's another pine cone pen.
