I got an order for a group of pheasant feather Sierras and letter openers for a local company's annual customer pheasant hunt a couple weeks ago. Thanks to JohnU who made the pen blanks and my wife who made the blanks for the openers. Since this is SD and the state bird is the pheasant, these will be very popular items.

Nice job and I hope nice score larry.

I am curious as to how did you handled the logo on the lower section of the Sierra? Were they laser engraved?

I have a laser engraver within a half mile of me that does pretty good work. This engraving turned out very well. We did mess up a couple nibs in the process. Hey I could use some gold sierra nibs if there are any out there.

Thanks also for the kind words, it justified some of the expense that I have incurred in this "hobby'"
