Just finished these today. I'll be dropping them off at my woodturning club meeting at Woodcraft tomorrow evening. They are for the Freedom Pens project. A small gesture of thanks for their service.

That is a very nice package of pens. I'm sure they will be well received. Thanks for remembering "our guys!!"

I don't want to be a wet blanket; but a thought just occurred to me that makes me wonder?? There have been plenty of posts about the temperamental nature of push-button pens. I wonder how well those pens work in the desert environment of Iraq or Afghanistan where there is frequently a lot of wind blown sand and dust. I wonder if it would be better to send twist pens rather than P-B pens??

Maybe "wolftat" or some other soldier could comment since he is recently returned from that part of the world??
