A local high school where my daughters graduated from was tearing out some of the original bleachers from the original gym and the Ag teacher ask me if I could make some pens from some of the wood, so I said sure, would be glad to. So she sent me some of the old boards and I made 20 slim lime pens, 10 gold, and to chrome. The wood is yellow heart wood, and they are finished with CA. Finished them up last week and delivered them to her, and she was pleasantly surprised when I told her that the kits and my time was donated to help her with her fundraiser. Hope you enjoy them.
