The screw cap pens are the RAW kits from PSI. I used the stainless steel (which has some weight to it) and the aluminum (which is super light).

The wood cylinder was made from a 2x4 that I bored a hole in to slide the pen in for storage on a desk.

The four tubes were turned but not assembled by request of the customer.

No I did not make the blank myself. They are flexible circuit materials that around a pre-determined tube size then encased in clear resin. That one was 8mm.


Those are all amazing! Did you make the circuit board blank? I can't wrap my head around how that is done.
