Hi James,
Congratulations on 2 & 3.
Pen 3 is my choice, Fit and Finish look fine, Nice blanks, and good CA.
Pen 2, the photograph, is hard to distinguish the pens features, so I am unable to comment.
Look forward to your future postings.
Brian.

Yep what William said, also James! have a look around for a light gray background might help a bit, i am far from any sort of a photo expert.there is plenty in the library on the subject.

Keep on going brother. Don't forget to look in the IAP library. There's lots of good info in there for new and experienced turners. I told ya this was addictive. Good job on pens 2 and 3. Looks like you are well on your way!!

Thanks guys!
I'm getting ready to dump some money and get more kits and proper CA supplies.
I'll look into a photo background too. My wife's been onto me about that for my other projects too. Guess I should listen!

So I looked at #3 again today and the finish is all rippled.
What a pain disassembling this thing!
Wonder if it's because it was common super-glue? Shrink-back issue?
Is this something to watch for with, say a stick-fast product?
