A pen for a Symposium auction.

My local wood turning club, Hub City Turners is hosting a Turning Symposium tomorrow afternoon Saturday and Sunday. Sunday afternoon there will be an auction to benefit the club. I made a pen for it using one of Marla's flower blanks. I hope the high bidder likes it.

Haha, thanks Bruce!!! Pete does turn pretty nice. Mr. Dave checked out his work before it was submitted and it passed inspection.

For those wondering the pen sold for $195.00. All the proceeds went to the club. The Symposium was great too! Had Bellsy crashing with us since last Wednesday and have had a blast. He makes a great Caesar so can stay as long as he likes.
