Don has received my swap to him, his hobby of photography stimulated me to send this mini camera that multiple flashes and sounds like a continuous exposure film camera (no pics). The VW badge cause Don works on his two VW,s.

The Australian Penny for his birth year and the Aussie Florin for the Australian Coat Of Arms. The Marsupial Kangaroo and the flightless Emu indigenous to Australia.

Using a mini rotary tool the Outline of Texas on the Brown Mallee Pen Rest, the Pen cross cut Spanish Olive bought in France from Pat Murris.

Some old and new coins for mounting into pens.

Reason for this Pen Kit it is called Australiana Flora from Timberbits solely made for him.

Had fun making and sending, befriending Don.

Kind regards Peter.

Peter does do some really neat things, at least he did on this pen swap. He went above and beyond what was expected for a pen swap. I too thought the coins were a very nice touch, especially the two that were on the burl cap pen stand. We have been having fun with the camera.

The pen made from cross cut olive wood is very nice...no tearout at all. The flats are quite well done and they were made on a milling tool that peter made himself. I was quite impressed and even more so from out several phone calls Peter made to me during the swap...actually a half swap so far. I have not sent Peter's pen to him yet.

Thanks Peter for the thoughtfullness you put into this swap. My half of the swap is great and I just hope Peter likes his part as much.
Do a good turn daily!

These are creations from the hands of a master. I've seen some of Peter's other works and they are equally impressive.

Great job!
