Pen and Box Trade

My wife has a colleague that is from Egypt and she wanted to give him a pen after they collaborated on a project.

She took in several and he picked out one made from "River Red Gum" (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) which apparently is a noble tree from the Nile delta region, and has significance to his family. (He was told my stock came from Australia, Robutacion), but he fell in love with the pen - I suspect it was a gift for his father.

This actually occurred last year. This past month he went back to Egypt, and brought me this box in return. He has seen some of my segmented pens via my wife, and told her: "Give this to Mark and see what he can fill it with."

Time to get creative.
