Pen #2!!! I need to get a better camera!!

Sorry for the lousy pics. Camera isn't working right so all I can do for now is scan them. Here is pen #2. I figured out I am carrying residue from the bushings to thew wood when sanding and discoloring the blanks. Playing around with shapes. Pearl kit from Woodcraft and bloodwood blank. Finish is HUT PPP.

I think the scan images look good! Your pen also looks very good to me. The shape you have is the way I prefer. smooth gradual bulges.
