It's been two months to the day since I turned my first pen. Here I am.
This is rhino plastic from PSI.
Earth's Core or something like that. Pretty stuff with LOTS of variation in color. The first section I made had to be trashed b/c it didn't look like it belonged AT ALL. This section has black acrylic glued on for threads b/c that's ALL the material I had available to make a section from. Glad I finally figured out how to glue bits together.
I was going to fit a smaller 5 nib to this but the barrel is really too long for it - didn't look right.
And the cap is shorter! And a little skinnier. Just over 5/8" at the thickest spot.
