A Peck of Peaches

I got some wood from a peach tree and what came out were some pens.

Nice pens and the wood is excellent.. Apricot is my favorite fruit wood...the aroma makes me hungry...kinda like olive wood.

Nice pens. I have a load of peach cutoffs from some serious pruning of my peach tree in the garage. Looks like I may have to harvest them soon. Were the blanks diagonally cut?

No, but they were part of crotch section. The rest of the crotch became a cup and these were the cutoffs.

Sorry, but used it all. I bought the original chunk on ebay and then MW dried it to turn a cup. The rest was used to make the pens.
