Houston's 105 degree temps didn't keep me out of the garage this weekend working on a few projects. The first is a slimline done with Turkish Walnut. The second is a slimline in Bocote that will be going to the troops and, third, a cigar done in Honduran Rosewood Burl with a keyring made from scraps. This one will be going to my step-daughter's dad for Father's Day. It was definitely a learning piece and survived a couple of major blow-outs on the blank at the center. Also, the bushings were out of order...:frown: Need to pay better attention to that!

All were finished by sanding to 600, 4 coats of medium CA then MM to 12000. Hut polished twice to finish up.

Thanks for looking and I'll be glad to get your comments.
