Thanks! I would really like to do bigger pens but a solid saguaro skeleton is so hard to come by and very small in diameter. I could snipe one from the Saguaro National Park but I'm too old to go to jail for a pen blank.

Good job Jamie, I have a couple of saguaro staves that my wife and I bought in Tucson about 10 years ago... wonder if my marriage would survive me making a few pens from them??[]

Mine are about 1-1/2 wide but not very thick.. maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch so would be tricky to do any of the big pens.
