A Pair of Triton Ballpoints

I did a little work this last week for a College Graduate. Her Mother requested a pen and pencil set made from a figured wood with a nice case.

Some of you might recall that I found a pen case but it was only made for a single pen not a set of 2. It was suggested that I make my own insert to fit the pens and that's what I did.

Thanks for the comment Rink. The Conversion kit I used was sold by exotic blanks. After about a 45 min talk with Ed, this was the way to go. I did not have any issues setting it up but it does require some adjustments.

What adjustments were required to make it a pencil?

These are supposedly made to work with any ball point pen kit. So to fine tune the pencil you need to trim the click end of the pencil.
I cut the end with some snips and filed down to a perfect fit. Took about 5 min.
