Here is a pair that I finished this morning. First is a Black Ti Jr Gent with green dyed maple burl. I was a little disappointed in the blank. It was nice and figured/curly, but I expected more burl for the price of the blank. Am I expecting too much, or is this the norm for dyed/stabilized maple burl?

Next is a Rhodium Jr Gent with green w/black swirl acrylic.

Hi Jeremy,

Nice Work on the pens, they look great, I like mine slimmer, just me[8D]

The maple burls are generally just like yours, I turned 20 this week and they all look like that pretty much. If you want a burl in a maple use box elder burls, they have a lot more character.

Beatilful pens. Outstanding finish specially on the wood one. It really shines and ahave a depth like not many can claim. Awesome.
Was that CA finish?

Nice finish, but count me among those who don't really care for pregnant pens.
Sure doesn’t look pregnant to me, I wish that 1 out of fifty women around here had curves that graceful, I trhink those are two very nice pens,
