P.C.= Packing Crate..This wood came from packing crates from Asia that was used in the 1940s..I have about 100 bd feet of it. This board had streaks of red and yellow

That Looks great, I had some pallets from over there and it turned out to be Teak Wood and it looked a lot like what you have.

M'gosh, that is some good looking stuff. I'll trade you some friggin Ebony blanks for yours. Found out Ebony likes to crack.

Nice looking pen, some places have used what today would be prized wood for palettes and shipping crates, that really is some nice wood, it looks like teak to me as well.

I guess all the teak I have turned was from Burma and was light tan, the person who gave it to me thought it was teak..most of the boards I have are about 1 inch thick, 8 inches wide by 8 to 10 foot long..so far only one or 2 have the red and yellow streaks
