Normally I do not go along way off the beaten path with my pen designs.
But recently I wanted to make a couple of the woodworkers pencils. when I first saw them a design formed in my head rather quickly, this was to make a pencil shaped like a traditional marking and layout tool found in the wood shop. A Scribe or Awl.
this is what I ended up with.

It took alot of time as I wanted it to fit my hand as a Awl would without to much of the pencil tip being beyond my fingers.
It tunred out to be a parfect fit withthe bulb resting in the palm of my hand my thumb rests right in the cove between the Bulb and tip area. I even left the flattened area on the side of the Bulb for tracing cabinet and countertop profiles. I thik I will like it for marking long lines such as on Plywood.
