One Trashy Pen

Ever wonder what to do with all those pesky shavings? Well thanks to someone here (I forget who)who gave me the idea, sweep them up, put them in a mold with a LOT of CA & voila. One trashy pen.
Mostly TruStone malachite, Amboyna burl & bamboo. 10k Broker kit

I have a v block capped at 5.75" that I line with wax paper, fill with shavings (which I usually save from each turning session), tamp, add thin CA, roll up & stick it outside as it fumes up like mad. When set, trim, rough sand & go from there. Wait till you see the one I'm getting from the ivory Statesman. Shavings look like coconut.
