One piece Corian Slim. Extreme drill press challenge

As the name implies, a corian one piece. It was one of the narrowest blanks ever made. Very challenging to set up to drill. I had to do one because SOMEONE had a bunch of corian pens posted the other day and I forgot how much I liked working with the stuff.

You pull the nib properly and the nib, bottom tube and transmission all come out. The bottom tube is free-floating.
