I turned this one the other day, and was dying to try out my new ren wax. I am now hooked on ren wax. Anyway, aside from the poor photo, here it is in a Sierra.

Brian,
I see those blanks each time I look at the classifieds and say one of these days I'm gonna get that. Great looking pen, how is it to turn and finish? The final product sure is good looking.

Cris,
I never have a problem with Eugenes blanks. They always turn nicely, and finish brilliantly. But the cross blank was a dream to turn. If you have ever turned BOW, think of that, 10x better. When I was turning, I didnt even hear it cutting, only when it went over the wood cross. You have to try at least one.
