Made this little dip pen for our upcoming Richmond Penturners meeting where we will be discussing all about different kinds of fountain pens, nibs, filling systems, inks and paper. If you're in town, drop by Thursday May 11 @ 6:30 to share your fountain pen knowledge.

Bruce, what a beautiful piece, and a wonderful new...old....design. Thanks for pushing the envelope and keeping things fresh for us here.

Superb Pen, Bruce.
I'll show my ignorance, "I haven't heard of a Glass Nib".
Are they Commercial, or is it another of your "Creations"?
I love this "Living and Learning", from our Incredible Members.
Congratulations,
Brian.

Thanks Brian. I did make this one in a glass class I took several years ago. I have also bought some on eBay. The ones I made were from a length of ribbed glass rod designed for this application. Also several commercial all glass pens including nibs available. A quick search will reveal many.
