I made this for my sister. She was confimed a Catholic this weekend. Her husband is Catholic so thats what she wanted to do. Its an Americana twist pen I turned this morning. I know the pics not that good still waiting on my Portable studio. All coments are welcome this is the first pen of that type I have turned I am pleased. But tell me what you think.

Brent, what a beautiful gift! I went to the Easter vigil mass last week. About twenty people received their Baptism, three were confirmed and three couples got married. I was wishing I turned a pen like that for each of them! :)
Great job on the pen, what a great reminder of the day. :D

You did a fine job, a very appropriate gift for the occasion. I'm sure it will be well received. I was amazed by the odor the first time I turned olive wood.
