6 yr old Corian Cigar Pen! Was a 10k kit from Craft Supplies. Had to send a photo, because Wife uses this pen daily!:) The gold is worn, the 1st refill is a distant memory...

Still a nice looking pen John. I enjoy working with the hardsurface materials myself, largest so far for me is an 8mm though.

Any special secrets you can share in getting the Corian pattern to match when glueing. I am presuming you had to glue pieces together for a large enough material for a Cigar pen...?

Thank you. Used some thin CA from Craft Supplies. Works better than thick. Smooth side to Smooth side for better joints. The Textured side can be sanded flat and then glued as well. Here's one I did with many glue-ups and diagonal cut...[8D]
