Odd material for pen

OK.. so I entered this in the contest, not expecting to win, but hey, had to throw it out there. It is made for a friend who is always giving me a bad time about everything.

I have three things to make to add to this before I can give it to her. I have to make a stand to hold this, preferable of the same material, and to increase the size a bit (still debating about that), and to also hold two small round blue bottle stoppers.

Ok.. so if you figured out what the material is.. you will understand. LOL

And just for the record.. the stand and other items are the wife's idea!

Cool pen, and great idea! As for the bottle stoppers, are you set up for casting? Of not, let me know what shade of blue you're looking for. I have quite a bit of Alumilite white that I need to use.

I actually cut this off of one that I bought.. only used maybe 1/6 of the length of it.

I have to look at what I have for the bottle stoppers. The wife just came up with that idea late last night. I have some clear PR I could use if I needed to make my own, but I might have some stabilized blue that is big enough.

I cannot wait to see her expression when I give it to her.
